Morning Ritual - 60 Min
Wake up Yoga. Roll out of your bed and onto your mat for this early morning yoga class. Designed to be done each morning when you wake up, this is a slow and rejuvenating start to the day for your body. Leave with a lighter step and feeling invigorated for the day.
Vinyasa - 90 Min
Linking movement and breath while transitioning through sequences of traditional postures.
Heart of Yoga - 90 Min
Taking the traditional principles of yoga and connecting them with a synchronized slow flow of deep breath and body movement , cultivating a clear mind with utter receptivity and consciousness.
Ashtanga - 90 Min
Made up of a set sequence which has been shaped over generations and is the same for every class. Ashtanga is a strong and energetic practice, beginners are always welcome but vinyasa experience is recommended.
Beginner Alignment - 90 Min
The perfect class for beginners and experienced yogis alike, with an emphasis on detail, precision, alignment and breath work.
Restorative - 90 Min
Grounding postures held for extended periods for deep relaxation and recuperation. The perfect afternoon class if you suffer from stress or exhaustion.
